Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that holidays and severe weather may cause delays.
Some items — such as used rods or unusually large items — may not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us before ordering for shipping cost estimates on used rods and oversized items.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- Items are in their original packaging
- Items are new and unused
- Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase
To start a return, please contact us before shipping anything back — we don't like surprises. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are welcome! International shipping rates are calculated via USPS. Your order will be charged a flat $20.00 USD shipping fee at checkout. After your order is placed, we will email you if any additional postage is required and provide a link to pay the difference — no surprises.
Please note the following for all international orders:
- Customs forms will reflect the exact purchase value of your items — we do not falsify customs forms or mark shipments as gifts
- The buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, and import fees charged by their country
- If a shipment is refused to avoid fees and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee
